Kent Cooper has been providing his professional services for mergers & acquisitions/high end business brokerage, commercial real estate brokerage, commercial real estate appraisals, and certified business valuations since 2002.

Kent has active licenses as a Licensed Real Estate Broker #BK3018125, and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #RZ3284, with over 1,000 hours of professional education. Kent also received several distinguished certifications to include the Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) the Professional Standard for Mid Market Transactions,  the Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) from Kennesaw State College-Cole School of Graduate Business.  Kent also have earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Associations.  Additionally, Kent was certified by the NACVA as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  Kent has also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation #14081, which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The CCIM designation is recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represent the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of diversity or specialization within the industry. Less than 6% of the commercial real estate industry professionals hold the CCIM designation.

Kent’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from Texas State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Incarnate Word.

Kent has been providing lower middle market mergers and acquisitions and high end business brokerage services for a variety of companies in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and other unique business opportunities since 2002.

Kent also specializes in investment properties that include office, retail, multi-family, marina’s, and industrial properties in Brevard County.

Kent has worked with many different property types to include commercial retail shopping centers (3,000 SF to 345,000 SF), multi family apartments (9 units to 335 units), Class A & B office buildings (10,000 SF to 175,000 SF), specialty buildings such as; marina’s, veterinarian, restaurant, hotels, movie theaters, small and medium size businesses.
